Try exporting the file to text, or if that fails, Braille. I know it's a pain
to have to use a PC for this kind of thing, but you may encounter some word
files that just won't, no matter what you try, play nice with the BrailleNote.
This is when it becomes painfully obvious that the BN is a PDA, not a PC.

Good luck, and let us know how you make out.

Ok, so, I have a question. I've previously posted about my attachment issues.
So, today I thought I'd try to export the MSWORD files the mPower couldn't read
and put them into RTF files using the "export file option".

Everything would go ok, but when I would open the file, it would be blank. Am
I just going to have to resort to using my PC to do this kind of work with a
file... making it an RTF file on the PC?

Thanks all!

Katie
