Ijust wanted to make sure that the subject line was changed on this thread.
I do not have a battery problem at this point; the service reset worked. I
should have used a more nutral  word in my original subject line.

Also, when appropriate, Humanware has done what every other good company
does--if a repaired unit is returned and it does not work, its shipping
costs are absorbed by the company.

In my opinion, Humanware has a truly great  record of customer service and
consumer-supportive dealings  .
