Generally, if something has to be downloaded into your equipment, and cannot be 
used.  peoplepc is another one that we can't use, because it requires that we 
download software.  Yes, we can get a hotmail account, but it requires another 
isp to go with it, just as yahoo does.  If it's a program that can be manually 
set up, it's a useable program.
