This is Joseph. I leave my CF cards pluged in when I switch off my BN Classic unit (I use one of them with an adapter). There has been some talk about lock ups with mPower units for some time now. This kind of issue thould be brought up in to question. In my opinion it is something to do with the power management. The User Guide for mPower advises that you insert the cards of other periferals when the unit is turned on, and take it out before switch off. I hope this information may help you.
