Thanks Dean. Guys I have to say, I am about at the point where I am going
to have to unsubscribe. This is simply because my work commitments don't
allow me the time to sift through the huge range of messages that are
barely relevant to the topic of helping people with BrailleNote questions.

I don't want to do this as I am glad to help where I can, and of course
also to get your feedback. May I please, in the spirit of trying to get
this list back on track, offer a couple of suggestions for your
consideration.

1. Please read all mail before replying to it. if someone has already
answered a question from a user, and you don't have anything substantive to
add, then there is no need to reply.

2. Please ask yourself, given that my message is going to go to hundreds of
people, is my post really adding value?
