I have a braillenote bt with 32 cell braille display. Over the last week it
has begun losing it's mind. The first half of the braille display is
unreadable while the second half is fine. It appears that the braille
characters are sometimes moving up the cell and other times down the cell so
only part of the characters is left readable.
Tech support suggested that I erase keysoft.ksd from the dictionary file and
reset but that didn't fix the problem.
Does anyone have suggestions of what else I might try or where I could find
tech support circulars that might deal with this type of problem?
