Hi Mike:
I can tell you that erasing the KeySoft dot ksaid file will not fix your
Braille display. I am missing my second half. I have exercised my display,
and everything. What is your original KeySoft version? Mine is a very old
BrailleNote. Before I upgraded, it was a 3.0. I had the new motherboard put
in, and and upgraded to 6.11.
If you erase your dot ksaid file, remember to do a reset right where it is.
You may have to change your cursor setting. Good luck with this.
