Hi Keogh, Dar has already given you an excellent answer to your question. However, once you reach the "Last name" field, which is the first field in the address list, you can either press Space, down arrow or enter on a QT keyboard to advance to the next field. When you have finished entering your information, press Control with Enter and the message "Record Added" will be displayed. Hope this helps. David
