Hi list. I have a question about the braille note battery. I had just
called humanware to get the story on what was rong with my unit because it
would not power from the battery or the addapter. Well I told them that I
just had the battery replased in January. so when the lady checked with the
tech I was told that they had to replace the battery again. I was also told
that the battery can become unusable if you let the unit sit off the charger
for several days. I tried to explain to them that I use the unit just about
every day, but she did get my point. Would someone trty to clear this up
for me as I think there is a bigger problem then a battery.
