Hi Ronda, You're getting terribly good at predicting when a BN or BNPK has to 
go to the hospital.  (grin)  I'm sending mine in tomorrow.  I was able to get 
it out of one-handed mode with the help of tech support a couple of times, then 
it kept going back there, but the keyboard wasn't really working, and I just 
could not get it out.  I could get through menus using the joystick but that's 
a little tricky, too.  I couldn't get the PK to rename a folder, it just 
flipped me back to the previous item.  So, unfortunately, back it goes.  I hope 
that this is the only trouble I'll have with it.  My BN has behaved perfectly, 
but I want the PK for GPS because of bluetooth and how light it is to carry 
with me.  Chris, in tech support, said that he thought it might take five 
business days to get it fixed and returned, so I'm hoping that I'll have it 
back by the end of June.  How long have other people had to wait for their 
units to get repaired?
