I got one through Best buy and it was $29.95 for a 512 meg card. Over
there the smaller cards were $44. I opted for the 512 meg card and it did
the trick. You could use it later for other things though. I'd try the
patch and report back. It will be some while before I'll have a chance to
edit a large document.

I know you guys said nothing larger than 512 MB. But if I only intend to
use this card for upgrades, etc., what about smaller ones? I see there
are 128Mb and 256Mb ones. And I imagine brand doesn't matter?
