Hi all, Here's a suggestion for Humanware which would certainly aid a lot of us.
How about putting a Braille sticker on the base of our unit containing our Serial Number? I wasn't made aware of our serial number and just came across it by chance, I think when I was carrying out a battery recalibration. Alternatively this sort of documentation, together with information about the warrantee and available SMA information should be given in readable format.
