Hi Keith,
A quick solution is emboss from the serial port if possible. She'll need a
USB to parallel inside out converter which is mentioned in the M-power
manual under chapter 6.1.1. There are less costly options. I recently got
an infrared adapter which will work from the infrared port. There are also
bluetooth devices which may work.
Please feel free to write me directly if you have further questions.

I am working with a client who just got an mPower. She is attempting to
print and emboss with the unit, and she report that the Printer says card
not recognized. The embosser
says the file was embossed, but the embosser just sits there and is silent.
She is using a Port-a-Thiel embosser and an HP PSC 1210 all-in-one printer
and is attempting to print and emboss via the USB port.
Any help you can giv3e would be appreciated.
