Hi Penny!

While in your EMAIL message, type an s with space bar.  You will be given 
prompts for saving your file in a given folder, and you can give it a filename 
with dot txt extension.  It should be saved as such and all will be well.  I 
often save an EMAIL in a folder called my email.  I often place an EMAIL there 
till I can act on it for saving.
