Hi Rhonda,
I got the same result when putting the card in either the back "card" slot
or the "PCMCIA" slot. Since I was trying to connect in a hotel I had no
access to the router, but tried several resets with no keys held down, same
result.

Albert, the other thing I meant to ask you is where you put your card.
Mine will not work at all on the right side, but I can get it to work in
the back. Also, did you try shutting off the router for about 30 seconds?
Then, I'd probably reset the BN.
