Hi Linda, Glad you got your transfer problems solved. The problems you are experiencing with these books are related to the scanning and error correcting process. Some books come out almost perfect and others definitely have errors and a few have a lot of them.
They do the best they can for a volunteer organization and their more recent books are of better quality. Also the scanning programs themselves are much better now than they were even a year or so ago. If you are set up with nls, check into their web braille. You can download books from there and they are virtually perfect braille with no errors. So, these are problems with the books themselves and not with the braillenote.
