Hi David,

When you unpack the book, it will ask you if you want to review the options.
Did you make sure and tell it the file was a Braille file? I had a similar
situation when I opened a BRF file, but forgot to tell the BN it was a Braille
file. The unit assumed it was a text file, and what I got was a double
translation. Grade 4 Braille? <Grin>

Mike & Rhonda,

Well, I have downloaded several books now with the same result. I have no
problem downloading the book and unpacking it with KeyBook. This all seems
to go well. However, when I try to read the resulting BRF book it contains a
lot of garbage characters. I have no problem unpacking books on my PC.

Thanks, David
