Julie, I have aPK as well. It just sounds like you're missing the cable that goes from the outlet to the adaptor. I'd call the dealer and ask for it. If you want, you can go to an electronics store and buy a cable or cord for about five or ten dollars, but why bother? Ask humanware or their dealer for the correct cable. then you should have three additional cables in the box. isaac
