No, Melanie, it's not in the password.  You may want to look on the pc and see 
about the authenticication.  Also, make sure of the pop and smtp server.  I 
would think they're correct, but put a name in your address book, like your 
own, and see if you can send you a message.  The send part may work, which 
would mean the smtp would be fine.  We may have to reconfigure it.
