Yesterday, I started a thred about the missing dot in the decimal point. I
went to a document and tested all of the 32 cells on my unit and found no
problem. However, when I go to either the manual or the user guide I find
that there is a missing dot in the decimal point in the various
sections. When I go to an area that talks about 6.1 the decimal point
appears in whole. I have made no changes in the default settings and can't
figure out what is going on. I should also add that the dot wasn't always
missing in the decimal points in the user guide and manual. It doesn't
seem to make a difference which cel through which the decimal point is
located. I would like to resolve the annoyence without spending an hour on
hold trying to reach customer support.
I should also point out that I have recently sent my unit in for a display
cleaning. I wonder whether there might be some sort of corrupt file that
needs to be fixed? If so, how would I do it?
I am extremely perplexed by the situation.
