Dean,

I'm fortunate enough to know who my representative is, unless he quit without 
my knowing.  Many of these people may not know who their representative is.  
After all they may have purchased through an agency or work place or at a 
national convention.  In that case how would they find out who the 
representative is? Is there a comprehensive list of representatives on your 
site?
