Hello Melanie.

The Braille note does not support "kes" files directly. However you can use
the send to command in Kurzweil 1000 find the file that you want to send
then tell Kurzweil that you want to send it to the Braille note.

I hope this helps.

Chris.

Subject: [Braillenote] Connecting to a LAN

Hi list,
I have read the instructions in the user guide for the BN on how to connect
to the internet via a LAN, but I'm afraid I don't quite understand.

My main objective for this task right now is to connect to Bookshare and
download books. I suppose I could also download the books to my PC then put
them on the BN. Also, does the BN support Kurzweil files or do I need to
save the Kurzweil file as a text document to read it on the BN?
Thanks in advance,
Melanie
