Ok, what you need to do is go to www.microsoft.com and search for the latest version of ActiveSync. I think it's 3.8 or something. Install it on your computer. Connect the USB cable to your computer and then to the Client port on your VoiceNote. At some point during the installation of ActiveSync, you will hear the prompt "get connected. Search for a device." Now, on your mPower, go into the utilities menu with u. Then, make sure that the ActiveSync connection is set to USB. You do this by hitting the letter m. Now, you will be in another menu called "Miscellaneous options set up list." You can hit the spacebar to see what ActiveSync connection is selected. Make sure it is USB. If it is not USB, then you can hit an st sign, dots 3 4, and space together to cycle through the connections. Ok, now that you have achieved this, you can hit e with space together to return back to the utilities menu. Now, type the letter c, and the mPower will say "Connecting to ActiveSync via USB." You might have to set up a partnership on your computer to synchronize, but you should be prompted to do so. HTH, Julia
