Richard or Terri;
How do I define a mp3 file. Where do I get them. Can You buy them or do I
have to copy them from the internet. If so, can I download them on my
computer, to my card reader, to my BT or m power.
Thanks for any advice. this is a chalange I have not tackled yet.

Hello Terri,
I've run into this several times on my VoiceNote and received a message
indicating the bit or sample rate was not supported. I believe Jonathan
said that the new mPower units will play a wider range of audio files. I
should be finding out first hand in a few weeks as I am going for the VN
mPower.

    Dear List,
    I'm using Keysoft 5.1 build 19. I used Windows Media Player to
    copy an mp3 file to my CF card. When I inserted the card into my
    BN and tried to listen to the file, the BN locked up and refused to
    play the file. My PC will play the file immediately. What's wrong?
