When using both my PK and the VOICENOTE mPower QT I much too frequently receive the "CANNOT FIND SERVER" error message while trying to log onto the net or change pages with CTRL O. I also get the "error 10,222" message when attempting to send or receive email from both units. However, these annoyances appear far more often on the mPower than they do on the PK. If these glitches are related to HUMANWARE software or hardware, could an emergency patch be created to solve this time and energy consuming frustration? I'll be watching both staff and consumer feedback on this issue with great interest and curiosity!
