Jean, many times it falls into the General Folder on the Flash disk. What I'd do is go to the Main Menu, press F for file, D for directory, and go into the General Folder of the Flash disk. When you see the "list of files" prompt, press Space with X. That will show you all files, even hidden ones. You may have to do this to several folders to find it.
