Dear Humanware Staff:
With all due respect intended, I would have purchased the maintenance
agreement as part of the purchase price of my unit had I known about
it. I was not given that option. I don't mind calling in and
purchasing one, but I would like to see that the option of choosing
to purchase such a plan when buying theBraillenote be given as part
of the standard sales talk. If it is and somehow I missed the boat,
that's unfortunate, but, it needs to be an option of choice I think.
