This is Joseph. To Mary: Did you say "yes" on the
prompt, "Synchronize Contacts?" option in the
Synchronization options? If you didn't, then that is
the cause of the issue that you're having. (Same goes
to Planner.) If you still experience problem, try
Uninstalling KeySync and reinstall it again. Also,
regarding ActiveSync, the checkboxes for Calendar and
Contacts under Options dialog of the Tools menu should
be checked in order to synchronize Address list and
