Hello Estin and Everyone, Estin, I have had this same problem in the word processor, planner, address list, keymail, the internet, the file manager, and utilities menu The only things that have worked for me have been: Just a plain reset with no keys held down. A cold reset which you do by pressing the reset button on the side of your braillenote and at the same time hold down keys one-two-three when you hear that deep beeping tone hold on to keys one-two-three but let go of the reset button on the side of your braillenote when you hear a chime that sort of sounds like a fake doorbell let go of keys one-two-three you'll probably hear your braillenote tell you that the clock needs setting, do that and set the date to. If those two don't work then you might want to try a hot reset, While you press the reset button on the left hand side of your braillenote hold down keys four-five-six when you hear that deep beeping tone let go of the reset button on the side of your braillenote but keep holding down keys four-fife-six until you hear that fake doorbell sounding chime, your braillenote will tell you that you need to reset the date and time do that.
