I think the key here is how much time are you getting between charges! That is really the bottom line here! If you are getting three minutes between charges before the battery gives you a critical message, then you do indeed have a problem with your battery! If you are getting 10 to 15, even 20 hours out of your battery between charges, your battery is probably in pretty good shape. If you are only getting 99 percent out of the gage, just plug it in till it reaches a hundred percent. I wouldn't let this worry you all that much unless you are only getting a few minutes to an hour between charges. If so, send it in. If not, enjoy using your BN.

Irohnically, this ws the first time I ever tried to do the recalibration. Odd though it seems, the Bn is working fine! Do you think Dean or someone from HW would settle this for me? (I am inclined to agree with Kaylee, but hate to ship the Bn off yet again!)
