Hello Pam,

It is fine to leave headphones in while calibrating the gauge.

As for the power going off, if the BrailleNote was charging, this might
prolong the process by a battery cycle or two. However, the power cut in
itself wouldn't have done any harm.

Subject: [Braillenote] two calibration questions

I'm in the process of calibrating my MPower battery, and wouldn't you
know it, our electricity went off. We weren't home at the time, so
not sure how long it was off. It still seems to be calibrating, but
might this have caused a problem? That's my biggest fear about
upgrading, that the power will go off while it's writing to the disk.

Also, is it okay to leave headphones plugged in while calibrating so
that you don't hear it talking? Thanks.

Pam
