Dear Karen,

Why not buy him an infrared to parallel converter? You can get them from
Enabling Technologies for $62.00. I've given up the idea of getting a USB
to parallel converter because too many people have said the ones you can get
from the stores won't work with the BN.

Subject: [Braillenote] USB TO PARALLEL CONVERTERS

: Hi, everyone,
:
: I want to buy a USB to parallel converter for my husband for Christmas.
He
: is getting an MPower in January and I checked with Humanware about their
: converters and they can sell me one for $235 but that's a lot of money for
: just a cable. I need to find one online but I don't know exactly what to
: look for. If someone could give me a model number or something to go on,
: I'll be good to go. Thanks for the help in advance.
