Aren't the record button and PCMCIA slot on opposite sides of the mPower?

Andy asked:
Why do you want to use it [wireless card] in the side slot?
Hi Andy, the only reason I would want to think about using it in the side
slot is because, as Pam has said, the case doesn't close well if the card is
in the back. I also have a problem where, if I remove the wireless card
even after disconnecting from the network and turning wireless off on the
mPower, the next time I turn the unit on it requires a service reset to get
speech going again. The only way to keep from doing a service reset each
time is to not remove the network card. Of course if the card is put in the
side slot the flap of the case that covers the slot/record/power buttons
isn't going to close but I'd rather have the keys covered in that regard. I
am only thinking about trying the side slot because of the constant service
resets required (on my mPower VNBT anyway) upon removal of the card from the
back slot.
Shannon
