Hi Don,

I did see that setting, and it is at 5. I'll try this, although I think
there is something wrong here. Also, I noticed an option in Braille Display
options for braille mode, automatic by default, I experimented with Reading
and Editing, and now the options has disappeared. Any thoughts on that
option going? Thanks.
Best Regards,

Les

Les,

One thought does come to mind. You might try this.

Go into the options menu, braille display options, and in there is a seting
called braille display intensity. I think the default is 5 but could be
wrong about that.
However, the range is from 1 to 9 and you might try it at 9 to see what
happens. I never could tell all that much difference, but that just might
be enough for you to get the wayward dot to behave.

Maybe not a permanent solution, but it might help until someone can come up
with a better one, hopefully not having to send it back.

Don
