Hi Sandy!
Contrary to the myth, you can do a reset as often as you need!
Although I'm not running 6.1 or 6.11, I do a reset every day on my Bt after I
empty out all my emails and empty the trash folder but before I do a free
database space.
This prevents this particular unit from starting to free database space and
then telling me that the file already exists or that it cannot create a file
where that file already exists and then kicking me back into the Keymail menu.
