Sandi, if your BN is off, plug in your AC adapter.  Your speech should at long 
come on to say "Ac Adapter On." Then, do a quick release of the rset, holding 
down the L, or 123.  Hold those keys down until you hear the chime.  But 
remember, you must do a quick-release of the reset, while holding down those 
keys.
