Hello Marjorie, When I went to Europe in 2000, I bought a converter that I could plug my braille display in to. I bought it at Radio Shack. this converter has an outlet just like ours and it converts from 220V to 110V and if I ever go back to europe, I can se this for my braillenote PK. Welcome to the braillenote list and what type of braillenote do you have? good to see you here. Isaac
