Hi,
I am advised by the mpower suppliers in the Uk that you can use the same
adapter when travelling abroad to the Us, Australia, New Zealand, etc. When
the voltage is 110, it just takes longer to recharge, and I am also advised
that different polarities apparently don't matter. There is, I am also told,
an American adapter that Uk users can buy. Whether the process is the same
in reverse, that is, Us users travelling to northern Europe when voltages
tend to be 220 or so, I don't know, and perhaps somebody from Humanware
could advise about this. It also assumes, of course, that you have the
relevant adapter plug that fits into the appropriate wall socket.
