Well, um, did you try the index?  If you go into the index, it's a
list box, and it behaves just like any other list box, i.e. if you hit
the first letter of the subject for which you are looking, bingo, it
goes directly there.  So, if you were lookin' for media player, you'd
go into the index, press m and get media player.  If you hit enter,
you should find   about   and probably commands or something similar.
Index works great, and I have found it most helpful.  Now, one
caveat!  If you don't know what you're looking for, or what it's
called, then you can run into trouble.  This one, however, is a fairly
straight forward index search.
