Hello Sue,
The style of presentation settings in the format menu control the formatting
when the document is translated. This includes printing a Braille document
or Brailling a text document. There is a full description of these settings
in the manual but you may find that the identical to source setting might
serve your purposes a little better for this work.

Subject: [Braillenote] format issues when creating a document
Good Monday Evening,
I have some formatting issues. Recently I wrote several papers on the BN
using braille. The teacher requested double space for some. I went to
the format menu and chose the line spacing and indent features I wanted to
apply to the document. Since I need to upload these to the professor I
need to change them to word format. When I export the file as a word
document, I loose all the formatting. I then open it in word and
reformat. Is there a way to set format on the BN and have it remain
intact when changing to word format? Thanks.
