Hi Paul, firstly, PDI no longer exists, the company has been called HumanWare since January.
You're absolutely right, we have had a small number of requests for a phone dialler option, but very very few in comparison to USB support, streaming, a faster processor, wireless, Bluetooth, a voice recorder, and other things we have implemented recently. The fact that we are responding to most customer's needs is why BrailleNote mPower is already so huge. Les than 5 percent of our user base is on this list. We take feedback from this list into account, but it is only one tiny source of suggestions that we receive from our customer base, many of whom don't have time to be, or don't want to be, on this list. I'm not saying this to say that the list is in any way unimportant, it is very important, but keep in mind that the opinions expressed on this list are not always representative of the customer base as a whole. The issue with HTML e-mails does fundamentally relate to processor speed in the older units and it is in our road map to address in a future release. And we certainly get a lot more requests for this one than we do a phone dialler, but we will get around to doing both.\ Jonathan Mosen BrailleNote Product Marketing Manager HumanWare DDI: +64-3-373-6192 Fax: +64-3-384 4933 Mobile: +64-21 466 736 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.humanware.com
