\   Unfortunately, I have no other BN or VN experience to compare it to, but
I can simply tell you I am impressed.  I have used virtually all aspects of
my mPower BT32 from word processing to email and Internet surfing.  The Day
Planner works well, as well as the calculator in my daily activities.  My
only "issue" has been with active sync and an error message I continuously
receive.  I'm awaiting a tech support call or email in regard to my inquiry,
however.
