To whom it may concern:

I hope this note is going to technical support.  I have spent all night
looking around HUMANWARE's web site to find the right address for technical
support!

The serial number to my Braille note is #40291, and my name is Linda
Lupaczyk.

1.  I misplaced the form I needed to fill out concerning the one-year
warranty on this machine  Can you send me another form?  My address is 2803
Newnan Ridge Ct, Herndon, VA 20171.

2.  I have started using the E-mail feature in my BRAILLENOTE BT and am
having a problem with getting a message saying there is not enough room on
the disk to download all my messages.  I don't know how much the disk should
hold, but I had 25 or 26 messages and was told, after only 15 messages were
downloaded that there was not enough room to download the rest.  Another
time I was sent this message after only six messages downloaded.  I had to
turn to my pc to read the rest of them.  Is this a bug in this version of
Braille Note, or is there something wrong with mine alone?  I think I have
the latest version of the BRAILLENOTE BT.  By the way, where can I go in the
BRAILLENOTE to find the version?

3.  Are there any hot keys for using the net?  I ask because when I use my
computer with JAWS, there are hot keys for going to the right place on forms
to input information.  I tried using the cursor routing   buttons, but that
didn't seem to work.

My next day off is Friday, October 28.  If you could call me on Friday some
time between 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST, I would really appreciate it.
