Hi Dave,

I've done some work on KeySync and haven't found a problem with email
addresses before ... but I'd like to help. I can think of one workaround,
or we can try to work out exactly what the problem is.

workaround: I guess you could send an email to everyone you know,
including yourself, then receive it on the PC and at least you'll be able
to add the addresses without having to type them all in.

If you send me (mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]) the KeySync logs I
might be able to work out what's going on and attempt a fix. Alteratively,
if you don't mind sending me your unit's address book I could try syncing
on my setup and see what happens. It's possible the pacmate did something
slightly unusual to the addresses that's confusing keysync. The log files
live probably live in C:\program files\pulsedata\keysync\logfiles, and I'm
especially interested in xml_log.xml which contains the information from
the last operation - so make sure the last attempted sync is a contact not
a planner item or it won't mean much to me!

regards,

Andy.

When syncing my contacts, I'm getting all of the contact information
EXCEPT for email addresses. KeySync is missing them ALL! Most of my
contacts were created on a PAC Mate before active syncing them over to the
computer. I can't imagine it would make a difference that they came from
a Pocket PC device, but am mentioning it nevertheless.

Any solution beside me manually entering a couple hundred email addresses?
