Hi, all. So far, I'm really loving my mPower. I still have it plugged in; I figure I'll let it have a long time on the charger before going portable. One thing it did that nearly drove me to distraction was that when I inserted the micro drive that my GPS maps and pois are on, it locked up. I reset, and it told me system files needed updating and to reset with dots 4 5 6 held down, so I did. Then it told me system files had been updated and to press reset, so I did. Then it told me system files needed updating and to press reset with 4 5 6 held down, then to reset, then to use 4 5 6, etc. I finally just ignored it, and eventually did a reset with 1 2 3, and it stopped making me crazy. I got the same serial number as my old unit, but when I tried to install my GPS, it wouldn't work, so I have an email in to Sendero. At the moment I'm listening to ACB radio interactive, and have saved it as a favorite.

I was happy to see that all my files and planner entries and connections were still there and were working. And the Braille display is nice and clean and the routing buttons are working like new. I sent it in last Thursday afternoon, and got it back today. Thanks, Humanware, for your excellent work.

Peggy
