When you give the book a name when you're saving it, add a .brf extension.

Hi everyone:

Tonight I tried to save a magazine to my mPower which I received via web braille through NLS. However, when I pressed s chord, and gave it a name and saved it, when I opened it, the BRF file had been turned into text, and was all messed up. So I tried again, but I tried to use back space with x after the s chord, and saving the file as an HTML was my only option.

So, what I did was just mark the beginning and end of the issue, using the block commands menu, and pasted those into keyword. I must comment here on how wonderfully the mPower handled this process... it copied about 100 pages instantaneously... unlike the classic!

But, my question is how do those of you who use web braille handle this issue if you do not wish, or are not able, to stay connected to the net while reading?

Thanks as always!

Katie
