Hello Moe,

Firstly, please ensure that you are using the compactflash card that
Humanware sent to you.  You will need to run the file containing your
product key first, as per the instructions.

Next, please ensure that you have the card in the back slot and not in a
PCMCIA adapter and inserted in the side slot.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please contact your local
Humanware office to obtain technical support.
