Brenda;
Is there a way to do this from the computer, Jaws? Some times by doing the
shift tab and finding from, it gives who it is from and where. I mean it is
their lastname, sometimes their first and part of their address. You can
not tell whether to type their last name, first letter of first name and
rest of address or some other combinsation of the name.
Thanks.

Bob,

He doesn't have to do that for people to get the address. I used to think
that I needed the address in the message, too, Bob, but that isn't so. See
there's a neat little trick about this. Supposing you want to send a reply
back to me without the whole list seeing it. First you have that email up
without opening it. You space over to my address and hit backspace with the
letter k. The system should say something like "copied to clipboard." Then
you start a new message and use that backspace with v to paste it in the to:
place.

.

Now it won't say anything when it's pasted back. That's just a little bug
in the program, but you'll probably check to see that the address is there.
Then you fill in the subject, and everyone on the list lives happily after.
Hope I taught a new trick.
No, I meant to send this to the list.
Maybe he forgot that not everyone knows the trick. It may be in the manual
somewhere, but I actually read it here, not in my manual.
I wonder why these things weren't included in the email section?
