Thanks for your comments. Actually, the program is finding the appropriate
files; however, the program can't open the files. I've tried re-installing
the files in various directories and informing the gps program in the
options menu where the files are; however, I get the same results.

Where are your files? If they aren't where the GPS is expecting them,
then you need to tell the options menu where they are.
