Hi Kristen and all,

Yes, that is right about the flash disk, as things in there are indeed
preserved and will survive even if the battery goes flat, or if one has to
do a hard reset. However, as with any machine when there is a major crash,
although these should be rare, then one would lose their data on the flash
disk, thus it is always a good idea to make regular backups of ones work.

I have the BNPK and the flash disk has gotten goofed up a couple of times;
and
although I can't be sure, I'm guessing it was because I tried to put just a
bit too much info on there. But, fortunately for me, I had backups both
times, and everything was easily restored. Also, just because that has
happened to me twice in just under a year, other folks may go for years
without any type of crash of this nature, just as with a hard drive crashing
or not crashing on a regular PC.

Hello Susan and Everyone,
Susan, Please Correct me if I am wrong I was told that the only place that
files could not be erased from was the flash drive!
In fact I have been told to only write my documents and or files in the
flash dr never to use the Keysoft System Disk Drive because the flash drive
is the only drive where your documents and or files will not be erased if
the unit goes completely flat.
I hope to hear from all of you very soon!
May GOD Bestow His Blessings And His Peace Upon Each And Every Single One Of
You!
Sincerely, Kristen
